My name is Kachina
(Just like the Hopi Indian Dolls. My parents were hippies ❤️✌️ 😊 )
Life has gifted me many learning opportunities and allowed me to grow and flourish and because of those gifts, I've worn a few hats. I've been an actress, customer service and corporate employee, a teacher, a wife, a mama, a co-founder, a business owner, a labor doula, a user, and a survivor.
A few years ago, Her Tribe began as an idea with the belief that everyone should be given the opportunity and tools to become a more self-reliant individual. In the first year, a group called Girl Gang was also created as an opportunity to meet women looking to develop strong connections and deep friendships in the Reno area. The BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is women-led seminars, providing courses from self-defense, minor car & house repair to health & beauty instruction. While working to make that goal a reality, my journey led me to The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and I took my Labor Doula knowledge of empowering women and families and began a new certification, Professional Life and Wellness Coach.
My passion is health and fulfillment by aligning the mind, body, and spirit. By providing one-on-one life coaching and a group health series, I guide individuals in self-discovery, self-focus, and self-confidence, helping them to realize their goals and manifest their dreams. I believe the answers to happiness and mental freedom lies in each of us. Regardless of the twists and turns we may have taken, or the valleys and mountains we have traveled, we are exactly where we are supposed to be. And we are all deserving of greatness.

When I’m not coaching you can find me traveling or hanging out in my backyard, BBQing, drinking wine
and enjoying the company of my "tribe".
